I have been living at this residence for 6 years. I have seen a lot corrupt things with tenants, and management. A lot of fun violence, and things with children. My overall experience with Villa Americana is there is alw ays room for improvement! The manager Tia Harrison was excellent. She was new, but I was satisfyed. They are renovatingas of now and its very busy and chaotic. No organization. And now know Manager on site. Wow. So this happens A lot. I hope they get the help & professionalism of a suitor / Manager for the new year Jan 1, 2020! more ... hide ...

This place is not safe. I visit my boyfriend on the weekends and since the community is gated I assumed that my vehicle was safe. On the second attempt the catalytic converter wat stolen from my car. The first attempt a neighbor saw and was able to run the thiefs away. The last attempt was successful. After multiple attempts to contact security, no one ever showed up. If they did ever show up it was too late like always. The office has also been made aware of other vehicles that have fallen victim. Until they get better security installed I would NOT stay here. more ... hide ...

Lived here for about two years before I had to go off to college. Everyone was always looking out for one another and being kind. Ms. White and Ms. Diana are also helpful when certain situations pop up & are also very un derstanding. The renovations to the apartments made it look a thousand times better then previously.
