I have lived at City Row for almost three full years now. I am sad to say i think i will be moving soon. The property is beautiful, affordable (if you meet the qualifications) and has great amenities.Things i love:-onlin e rent pay & service requests-pet policy (no monthly fee, but a non-refundable security deposit at sign)-community business room, tv room and terrace w/ grills-access to some basic cardio equipment-my energy efficient appliances-In-unit W/D in my studio apartment-location, easy walk to anything great in Madison-radiant heat+++-apartment managers (they have changed frequently) but they all have been great and responsiveI will say some items items like light switches have needed repair since i moved in. I am a little taken back by the negative reviews. Every experience is its own so Id like to share mine. I have had nothing but a positive experience. Beautiful apartment and amenities. Professional, clean, friend ly environment. Maintenance is on top of everything, anytime an issue is brought to the staffs attention they address it right away. Dont want to be watched like a hawk? Or told when u can and cant have company? Or have your company cars towed, even though they park in visitors parking???...or if u like to control your own heat?...or if you like to co ok on stove tops and in ovens that work? Or if u like to control your own porch light?? Or if your kids cant be on YOUR PORCH without u present? Or that u cant have your kids bikes on the lawn? Or how about having the previous tenant before you still having access to your mailbox and it takes management a month to fix the problem?? THEN STAY CLEAR AWAY FROM KENNEDY HEIGHTS!!! THE NEW MANAGER IS A DISCRIMINATING, RACIST, MISERABLE PERSON. WHO HAS NOTHING BETTER TO DO THAN TO WATCH CAMERAS ALL DAY AND MAKE PEOPLE WHO NEED EXTRA HELP ALREADY LIVES WAY HARDER. You should expect a 10 day notice for everything even having company on the weekend. When SHE (THE NEW MANAGER) is never in the office when she should be (weekdays!) But apparently is always there after hours and on weekends smdh. If u want to live a decent life and raise your kids in a happy and safe from a hateful environment...then cross Kennedy Heights townhomes off the list and keep searching... You deserve better!
