Lived here two years. Alright apartment with horrible paint job. Look too closely and observe the lack of care and detail each year has added onto this place.As for DTN dealing with this apartment theyre alright, I d ont stand by the way they deal with their apartments and students but, whatever. Most staff is alright, many dont know what they are doing.Actually had maintenance come into my apartment several times to fix my closet and the last time did more damage than actually fixing. (Photo included of damage made by maintenance with no further repairs made despite them doing the damage)Parking lots and mess with no cameras so if anything happens to your car theres no proof.For the money I paid to stay there it wasnt worth it :/ more ... hide ...

Very good for being a low income housing project in a large city. Staff does a great job... they clearly care about making this a good place to live and theyre very competent, which is uncommon for apartment management staff so this is a big plus. The apartments themselves are well maintained and in good shape. A lot of closet space for storage. A laundry room on site. There is a parking lot for tenants, and plenty of guest parking and street parking spaces.The neighborhood is far from the best, but far from the worst. A bus stops right in front of the building. Theres a police station and bank on the block. The North side mall is a 5 minute walk, which has many stores including a Co-op, Goodwill, gas station, dollar store, library, McDonalds, Walgreens, and a hardware store. Warner Park is a 10 minute walk, and theres a much smaller neighborhood park one block away. more ... hide ...
