Omg, Im so sick of the water constantly being turned off for emergencies that happen about once a month (sometimes more)!!! I pay all my bills on time and I pay good money for this place, but I cant count on being able to shower or wash my hands when I need to. The office says were frustrated too - really? But you have access to water where you live. You were able to shower before work. Why tf would you be frustrated? Youre not paying good money to live in uninhabitable conditions. (Lack of utilities, including hot & cold water is considered uninhabitable & it is the responsibility of the landlord to ensure access to utilities) more ... hide ...

There are 4 or 5 tenants who live here that leave their dogs outside, barking, for 20 minutes to an hour at a time, multiple times a day. I called the leasing office to ask them to do something, and was met with, \"next time, all you can do is call the police.\" If this is indicative of how things are run over there, DO NOT MOVE THERE. more ... hide ...

Had a one year lease here back in 2015, and havent been there in a while. Just thought I would share my previous experience.Pros:Super fast high quality maintenance. If I had a maintenance request it would get done asap and would usually be done well.Accessibility to gym and freeway is convenient.Apartment layout was nice.Cons:When I first lived here, I moved into a unit that had a strange smell. It was on the 3rd floor and hotter than a lower unit so the smell was more prominent. I shouldve said something about the smell from day 1 but I didnt. I had a well trained Shephered that used the bathroom basically on command. He had no noticable mistakes in the unit. A year goes by, I move out and I was slammed with carpet replacement fees as evidence showed stains in the carpet. This really set me back, I was not prepared to lose my deposit and get charged on top of it.Management was so powerful and ridged it was kinda traumatizing. Things may have changed ever since though and I say if you go here be open minded.Also several parking lot issues. Seemed like once a month I would come home from work to someone in my spot. I try to avoid calling the towing company at all costs but the situation got so bad I had to do it once. I felt terrible. more ... hide ...
