The apartment overall is great! I only lived there for a very very short period of time due to vandalism, but one major thing that makes me highly upset is one of the managers did nothing about the vandalism. Ive mad e complaints and i got nothing managed. I was previously trying to move into a new home and the manager lied to the landlord of the home and was telling the landlord that i had an animal and i didnt pay an animal fee and that i messed up the inside of the apartment. Nothing of that is true, i never even put furniture in there or had an animal to mess anything up, and I definitely am not a destructive person so i would not mess anything up. I genuinely feel what he did was very out of pocket and very uncalled for. I will be putting his name, so Jason thank you for the apartment but you are very wrong for what you did! more ... hide ...

My mother in law lived here and she moved as soon as her lease was up. She went 4 months all the summer long with no A/C and put several unanswered orders in to fix it. The apartment was so hot nobody could even be insid e. One of the bathrooms had a broken shower head that never got fixed. Her apartment was broken into and management didnt care at all and refused to replace her broken door knob. The apartment was big and spacious but not worth staying. Theres kids running around and riding their bikes in the middle of street with no concern for traffic. Theres always a smell of smoke coming from other apartments, full dumpsters, trash left in the parking lot. I always see the same young kid age 3 or 4 running around outside in a diaper with no supervision! Do not move here. more ... hide ...

Ive lived here for a long time and never had any problems until this person moved in next door to me. He harasses me, calls me names and reports me on a daily about insignificant situations where Im not breaking any leas e rules. But I report him on things he does and it falls on deaf ears. He will stand at the fence and stare at me trying to intimidate me and has thrown racial slurs at me. Ive gone several times to management with video and recordings and they tell me there is nothing they can do. But he goes and complains about something he doesnt like in my yard and right away I get a notice or management will just come in my yard and do it themselves. Its very one sided in the situation Im in and very unfair. I cant even go outside in my own patio without fear that hes going to come out and start with me. more ... hide ...

Peaceful, come and lay back, I feel that since there is a lot of more elderly people reside here that that also makes me feel a little safer for example when Im not home etc. And they are nine times out of 10 on time whe n it comes to import task you have to take care of that you may need the assistance of the office manager, maintenance man etc. The property stays well maintenance and at the time they are doing a good job at practicing safe covid-19 safety measures. Last but not least if anyone was deciding or looking for a nice laid-back peaceful environment I would recommend the West end Baptist Manor apartments good luck for your future home here or there. more ... hide ...
