When I first moved in last year when it was under previous management and called Cevallos Lofts, I received excellent communication and service from office staff the majority of the time.However, after it was bought and renamed Trove Southtown, office staff have often been rude and unprofessional. I have called and left callback messages at least 5 times this week alone, at various points throughout the days, with no response. I have emailed the office and received no response. They even said they lost my email for my 60 day move out notice when I was finally able to talk to someone. I have tried several times recently to visit the office in person, after I got off from work at 5 pm, to find the office already locked and empty even though they are only supposed to close at 6 pm on weekdays.I loved my apartment here, the surrounding area, and community. Management is obnoxious and discriminating. They have been cutting off our hot water for over a month now, and everytime I try to communicate with them, they simply tell us to leave if we dont like it. Do you really beli eve we want to live in these conditions? These are housing complexes that are based on income. Our AC didnt work for 3 months and and they just told us to live with it. They dont even pick up the phone and ignore those who stand in front of the office. Disgusting and cruel, especially to those who do not speak english. more ... hide ...
