Ive lived here going on 4 years, I cant begin to say how extraordinary the office Staff and maintenance have been, both Janelles, the assistant and manager go above and beyond to help in any way possible, maintenance is always on hand .. very prompt the new maintenance young man is absolutely a great addition.. Giselle is outstanding!! Thank you guys for making this my forever home.. love ¤ you guys. I wish I could give you 10 stars.! more ... hide ...

Maintenance is good between Julio and Steven however the office will rent an apartment to you with very old appliances and tell you that you need to renew for a year for upgrades you never asked for in the previou s 4 years you stayed there. Parking is a joke as the security gates that dont work or are left open most of the time . The rent is reasonable here though however the bugs are bad too and since I have a reaction to certain bug spays I always have to spray myself.. more ... hide ...

I live here and Veronica n Christina Tovar are the most knowledgeable people who I have the privilege of knowing them. They care for all the elderly they provide help when needed and to me that means a lot. There are peo ple who live there that like to stir trouble. Avoid them at any cost and you will be OK. Plus, we need good security and our doors closed at exactly 10pm. I wish it was earlier because of the homeless across the street. Overall the renovations done are excellent. I have enjoyed all the maintenance workers too because they do an excellent job to keep the place beautiful. more ... hide ...
