I have lived in Greenspire Apartments for three months and will certainly not be renewing my lease. Since moving in, my girlfriend and I have experienced severe issues with insects in the apartment, including crickets d ropping out of the vents in the apartment (yes, dropping - including out of the vents directly above the toilet). We typically find and kill 3-5 crickets each day inside our apartment along with other insects (spiders, pill bugs and beetles). Management/maintenance have been extremely reluctant at best to help with this issue - they punted to an outside pest control company, and the pest control company punted back and told us it was a maintenance issue and that they are unable to alter the vent system to prevent the insects from entering. Maintenance refuses to do anything further to address the issue as they insist the vents are a \"sealed system\" and that nothing can get in (despite us personally witnessing crickets dropping from the vents and having photograph and video evidence to the contrary). Horrible experience and both my girlfriend and I feel that we have been mistreated by Greenspire, in addition to having to deal with a horrible insect infestation. more ... hide ...

The place is decent I guess if you put aside the fact that things break easily and management doesnt do stuff properly, and if you also ignore the fact that the neighbors are really loud most of the time. If you ignore t hose its an okay place but I am sure it use to be better. So much crime happens near this area it isnt funny at this point. (excuse any errors in this review) more ... hide ...

My mother has lived in the memory care side of Milestone for a little over two years now. There have definitely been challenges during the pandemic and a lot of turnover the past year, but things have stabilized the past few months and I am hopeful that things will continue to improve.
