***UPDATE***We have lived here for over two years. The previous management company worked with all the tenants if they were behind. They would accept partial payments or set up a payment plan to help get caught up. This new management company doesnt care about the residents at all. Our AC hasnt been working for over a week. Supposedly there was an emergency maintenance request put in and there has been no help. Before when the maintenance was slacking we didnt mind so much because they worked with us on being late on rent or helping with payment plans. They understood that life is tough right now. Inflation is insane. Gas prices are crazy. We told them that we both have better jobs starting in a couple of weeks, and they said they dont care. They said they wouldnt even be giving us 30 days. That they would only be giving a 10 day notice which I dont even think is legal. Its just crazy how this place went from decent & caring to we dont care about you or your children.We just moved in, so I cant say we have long term experience with the place yet. However, I was worried about the negative reviews about the office staff and what not. We have had an absolutely positive experience so far. The ladies in the office have been so nice, and they havent had any issues with answering questions. Our townhome is nice and clean with no bugs. The grounds are clean and well taken care of. New management just took over in the past month. Old management was terrible, no idea if the new management is any better yet. Its usually loud here since its right on Broadway... Loud music, planes passing overhead, thi n walls and loud neighbors, sirens, and at least once a week, gunshots. There was a shooting in January this year, no fatalities, but still not something you want to happen right outside your front door. Decent size for the price, I guess, but if you want somewhere safe and/or quiet, avoid this place. more ... hide ...

Lived here for a year. The tenant previously in my apartment was evicted and Arizona FBI left their card at my door looking for them. No one respects the assigned parking and there is no guest parking. Tried to go to wo rk one morning only to find a man trying to break into my car. Nothing was done about it. Huge roaches and endless carpet bug problems, even after they sprayed. Had to call three times for them to come out and spray. Loud neighbors, loud dogs, thin walls, old appliances, and very poor water pressure. Water went out for hours every week. more ... hide ...

Went by in the morning to inquire about an apt. For my blind daughter and the young woman who was there was very helpful and kind and told us she would talk to the manager and see what she could do to help get her in to an apt. Waited for the call and it never came, we finally called there at 4:45 pm and the manager answered and began to tell my daughter in a rude voice that she had already talked to the girl and told her it wasnt possible and that she didnt know why she told us what she told us and that she obviously was gonna have to have a talk with the young woman again. She was very rude and offered no assistance or even appeared to really even care about my daughter and her needs. Will never go back there again because of managers attitude and lack of empathy. What a b-#ch! Sorry for my French but looking for an apartment right now Is frustrating enough let alone to have someone so cold and uncaring. Dont rent here more ... hide ...
