When I first moved in I gave Copper Creek 5 stars, but now that my lease is up I can actually write a review! This is place is a great place to live, my son and I never had any problems here, the neighbors are genuine, a nd really care about each other. The grass is well kept, and the pool is clean, as well as the surrounding landscape. As for the landlord, Brittany is THE BEST landlord Ive had so far (and Ive rented quite a few places)!! She is really on top of everything, and I believe she really cares about her residents. She definitely restored my faith in renting apartments. If I wasnt buying a new home, I would have signed for another year.Copper Creek is a great place to live! more ... hide ...

This is the worst complex in Tucson. My daughter placed an application gave a deposit and was told her move in date. One day before moving in she was called by the management and informed that she has to push back her da te. Then called a week later to push the dates back further. Just to get called again to inform her that the apartment is no longer available. All of this is happening while she is 8 months pregnant. She wasted a month of her Time. Now she is homeless and pregnant. I called the corporate office and was told in order to speak to a supervisor I had to write an extensive letter. Was told the supervisor doesnt speak to tennents or anyone. The secretary is the one to handle all concerns. So there is basically no chain of command, and no one to answer for the complex poor behavior. No wonder the property management company North Star has a D rating. They should go out of business for the lack of compassion they have and the poor way they conduct business. My daughter gave her notice at her current place that she would be out by a certain date and had to honor that. Which has caused her to become homeless. When we called. The complex to see if they had anything else coming up and explained that their lack of competence has caused an 8 month pregnant woman to be on the streets. They basically told her too bad. Very unprofessional. If a deposit is required to hold an apartment then it should be required to give an apartment. I will contact small claims the news outletd and the better business bureau. Please avoid this place at all cost. I wouldnt want the stress my daughter went through to happen to anyone else. To add insult to injury, they still havent returned her deposit more ... hide ...

Cockroaches all the time.... just overall bad experience.I spend 1 year there and it wasnt so bad that i thought about leaving a review until i applied for a different apartment. They wouldnt send our proof of residence to the new place and infact said we never lived there. It took them 2 weeks to actually send it finally...On top of that the first month we lived there our electricity bill was 500 dollars!!!! Due to an issue with the ac drawing 10 times what it normally should. We never got that money back, even though we were promised it.The manager was the only good thing bout the place but now she is gone and the new manager is awful. And i mean awful.Absolutely do not even think about living here. more ... hide ...

Ive never in my life had to live in such horrible conditions. The bugs & the black mold are the responsibility of the owners, to make sure a place is livable when they move into a rental. It seems like for every 10 cockr oaches you kill 20 or more replace it. Before I even moved in I set off bug bombs. Two weeks later I repeated the bug bombs. I put Roach Hotels down, Ive used gel bait, Ive used boric acid. Nothing works. Ive been sick since I moved in. He wouldnt do anything about it. My 3 year old granddaughter is living with me. I consider it child abuse. Im going to report him to every place I can find. I called the Health department. more ... hide ...
