Upon moving out I returned my two house keys, my gate key, and my parking decal. Now they are trying to charge me $240 for not returning the keys. These people are a JOKE. Shamir has to be the WORST property manager and person I have ever dealt with. A cockroach has more compassion and customer service skills than her.
