Dumping happens a lot behind these apartments and there is a homeless encampment to the west under the rittiman bridge and in the woods

Ghetto neighborhood HOA is trying to gentrify it by adding gates when there are potholes that need to be filled the drive hasnt been paved in over a decade there are condemned buildings and a LOT of the occupied units have mold issues The entire fron Ghetto neighborhood HOA is trying to gentrify it by adding gates when there are potholes that need to be filled the drive hasnt been paved in over a decade there are condemned buildings and a LOT of the occupied units have mold issues The entire front section of the complex is Section 8 Housing and the speedbumps that were added have caused us to need to replace our struts TWICE IN ONE YEAR There is NO WAY to go over DOUBLE SPEED BUMPS and not wreck your car The HOA doesnt care about anyone who lives in these units and they just want to rentjack like crazy I doubt any of the owners have visited this hood in 20 yearsnnSo out of touch its pathetic more ... hide ...
