Residents must come together and file petitions to have their voices heard regarding even minor issues such as fixing the water heater or designating a specific area for their pets to go to the bathroom. Monthly rent is also charged for the size of the pet. It is this author's opinion that a manager of a place like this should treat the residents with kindness and not close off their inquiries with a response of "management has decided".
