If for some reason you are not accepted or you change your mind, the office lady Ameena will make sure you don't get it back. We were told the reason we weren't approved was because of a blank space on the application that we were advised to leave blank by Ameena. It was assumed they would just let us fill it in later. When she asked for the deposit last minute, I should have been more aware. I will take the loss but I want to WARN others as she will do this again. Please be aware of this scam artist if you don't have $200 to gamble. Hopefully they change management soon as the property is nice and in a good area. I love it here Ive been here going on two years staff is wonderful and they stay on top of any issues that you may bring to them its super quite and I have awesome neighbors
