If you enjoy having visitors over I highly suggest not wasting your time here The parking has always been a huge issue here and they will say its more than enough for residents but no parking for visitors

The community is not bad but they should really invest a little bit of money back into the residents and plant some new grass all over the community just to brighten up the community and make it look a little more decent and livable

I have been a resident in this apartment for six years and have never had any problems with my account until this online stuff began. I have all the records of my payments and copies of everything. Aside from the fact that it took three months to replace the cabinets that were destroyed from the plumbing/flood/freeze, I have been very patient. I try not to complain because there are more residents than maintenance. If Beacon Management can get the resident paid accounts corrected, perhaps things will go back to normal.
