Everything was as promised when I signed my lease; no surprises! Maintenance takes care of most issues on the same day. Even though living in a one-bedroom apartment isn't ideal, this was the best option available at a reasonable price. Communication is key if there's an unresolved issue - calling or emailing always gets results: answers are given promptly and any time frames given get met. There have been no hidden charges or fees in terms of payments either - nothing unexpected! In contrast to previous residence places I've lived where landlords would show up unannounced, enter without permission and take deposits without explanation; Verity gives weeks' notice for inspections and entering my apartment - respecting boundaries and following rules every time!
