We signed a 15-month lease in March 2021 for a base rent of $1549/mo. Our unit is now being offered on the market since April 2022 for a base rent of $2379/mo, which is a 53.58% increase! A month later, I called the office again just to ensure that my deposit would be returned within sixty days of finishing my lease and if they had my address on file; she confirmed both things. If possible, I wouldn't give any stars as this place is incredibly unprofessional: lies are told, tenants are falsely accused by collection agencies due to lack of ability/concern in resolving issues correctly, plus their fake apologies when customers write negative reviews only add salt onto injury!
