The following week he came out and single-handedly replaced my water heater located on the second story balcony of the apartment building. We signed a 15-month lease in March 2021 for a base rent of $1549/mo. Our unit is now being offered on the market since April 2022 for a base rent of $2379/mo, which is a 53.58% increase! I called collections in hopes of finding out more information, however all they provided was an amount with no explanation as to what it was for. A month later, I called the office again just to ensure that my deposit would be returned within sixty days of finishing my lease and if they had my address on file; she confirmed both things. Unfortunately, today is when I've heard from them again ever since then. If possible, I wouldn't give any stars as this place is incredibly unprofessional: lies are told, tenants are falsely accused by collection agencies due to lack of ability/concern in resolving issues correctly, plus their fake apologies when customers write negative reviews only add salt onto injury!
