I resided here for two years and conditions progressively worsened. To start, they have hidden fees and surcharges that they add to your rent each month so that it appears to be a good deal for the locality, but it really isn't. Laundry machines are substandard - only half of them were ever functional and people kept breaking in to pilfer clothes. Parking was satisfactory until passes were needed. Guests can't even park on the property or else they will be towed, and there are no warnings or signals to indicate that they can't park. People don't pick up after their pets, making the area unappealing. Additionally, the so-called "monthly" security deposit is ineffective as they will send you a bill of charges after you move. The pool is tiny and often closed due to maintenance - one year it didn't even open until mid-July. The only positive aspects of living here were the location and the maintenance staff. I am so pleased to have left this place.more ...hide ...

Benjamin inspected, identified, and fixed the leaking pipe fitting in a timely manner. He returned and did an outstanding job repairing and finishing the damaged drywall. During this visit, he took it upon himself to inspect my hot water heater as many residents have been reporting issues. He determined a replacement was needed and submitted the work order himself. The following week he came out and single-handedly replaced my water heater located on the second story balcony of the apartment building. He was very personable and did an exceptional job explaining the technical aspects of the repairs. Thank you Benjamin!more ...hide ...

I have lived here for a while and they work tirelessly to ensure that the grounds are maintained, the apartment complex is in good condition, and treat the residents with respect.Places that I have lived in the past, the maintenance team was always an issue. One person that stands out specifically is Nathan. He has always gone above and beyond when I have had issues or during inspections. He is well spoken and very personable. Nathan is a very kind and caring person and will greet all of the residents when he sees them in passing. He is an absolute value to the team and really is just an all around great guy.more ...hide ...

We had our dog fee waived a year ago initially because our room wasn€™t even ready at the proper move in date about (guess this would be a sign of things to come) . A year later we€™re being heckled by a new leasing agent because our pet is not on the lease. The maintenance team never communicates with the repair contractors. Recently had to schedule our AC getting fixed 3 separate occasions because they couldn€™t get on the same page. Once we got a time scheduled I come back to my apartment and the AC has yet to be fixed and my apartment is filled with the contractors equipment. I would not recommend this rental as after one year rent was significantly increased and new management seems to be trending this property towards being a low value rental.more ...hide ...

At move-in, I was appalled by the state of the apartment and lack of preventive maintenance or cleaning. There was a 1/8" gap at the top of the patio door that had been covered with duct tape by the prior tenant. I had to submit a request for repair once I noticed where the heat was escaping. The bathroom fan and sink were both non-functioning on move-in. The quality of the apartment is okay, but the floors are rolling, the laundry doors misaligned, the shower tiles not aligned, the garage ceiling has water damage, and the patio roof leaking from the unit above. We signed a 15-month lease in March 2021 for a base rent of $1549/mo. Our unit is now being offered on the market since April 2022 for a base rent of $2379/mo, which is a 53.58% increase! To be clear, our renewal offer was for $2,008/mo for 14 months, reflecting only a 29.63% rise in base rent instead of the 53% increase the next tenant will have to pay.more ...hide ...
