2021-04-30T19:01:52ZIve lived in this complex for about a year now the leasing manager Brenda is absolutely fantastic She is a very genuine person who cares so much about every tenant no matter how long youve been there The only issue I have is the maintenance staff The Ive lived in this complex for about a year now the leasing manager Brenda is absolutely fantastic She is a very genuine person who cares so much about every tenant no matter how long youve been there The only issue I have is the maintenance staff They are incompetent unreliable and just downright disrespectful The complex itself is a dog friendly cat friendly complex that definitely has a nice sense of community Reading reviews from years past I was a little worried when I first moved in but it has changed dramatically from what Ive seen other than maintenance staff If they got rid of the meet and staff and actually got people in there who were mechanically inclined and not just some dumb guys off the side of the road then it would be a five star review more ...

2017-10-24T03:32:29ZDisgusting section 8 housing owned by a cutthroat staff that refuses to document and follow up on any maintenance issues Expect to have no plumbing in your building up to 3 days then maintenance will come around midnight and tear your toilet out Not Disgusting section 8 housing owned by a cutthroat staff that refuses to document and follow up on any maintenance issues Expect to have no plumbing in your building up to 3 days then maintenance will come around midnight and tear your toilet out Not a month ago we had to call code enforcement to get maintenance to patch holes in our ceiling and remove black mold that covered entire rooms of the apartment Luckily the maintenance had no record on file of us ever complaining about it so the officer told us it was not his concern unless it went unfixed for another month Currently there is a cockroach infestation I personally caught one and displayed it for the secretaries two weeks ago they told us an exterminator would come on monday and nothing has been done Please do not move here unless you are worthless section 8 scum more ...
