It was really nice to live somewhere you felt that the management actually cared about your quality of living. Thats definitely more than I can say about the new management.I left a voicemail for their office a week ago and they still havent returned my call. The hallways have clearly not been cleaned for a while. Many times they withdraw my rent days after its due, which is just super unreliable in my opinion. Not a month ago we had to call code enforcement to get maintenance to patch holes in our ceiling and remove black mold that covered entire rooms of the apartment. Luckily the maintenance had no record on file of us ever complaining about it, so the officer told us it was not his concern unless it went unfixed for another month. Currently there is a cockroach infestation, I personally caught one and displayed it for the secretaries, two weeks ago they told us an exterminator would come on monday and nothing has been done.
