Ive been living here since July of 2021, and I really liked it...until the change of management. The old management would make sure the halls were clean, they would get back to you fairly quickly if you left a message at the office, and they even went so far as to making a monthly newsletter that they put on your door. It was really nice to live somewhere you felt that the management actually cared about your quality of living. Thats definitely more than I can say about the new management.I left a voicemail for their office a week ago and they still havent returned my call. The hallways have clearly not been cleaned for a while. Many times they withdraw my rent days after its due, which is just super unreliable in my opinion. Its an affordable place to live, but sadly the new management just doesnt care. more ... hide ...

Disgusting section 8 housing owned by a cut-throat staff that refuses to document and follow up on any maintenance issues. Expect to have no plumbing in your building up to 3 days, then maintenance will come around midni ght and tear your toilet out. Not a month ago we had to call code enforcement to get maintenance to patch holes in our ceiling and remove black mold that covered entire rooms of the apartment. Luckily the maintenance had no record on file of us ever complaining about it, so the officer told us it was not his concern unless it went unfixed for another month. Currently there is a cockroach infestation, I personally caught one and displayed it for the secretaries, two weeks ago they told us an exterminator would come on monday and nothing has been done. Please do not move here unless you are worthless section 8 scum. more ... hide ...
