The hallways have clearly not been cleaned for a while. Many times they withdraw my rent days after its due, which is just super unreliable in my opinion. Luckily the maintenance had no record on file of us ever complaining about it, so the officer told us it was not his concern unless it went unfixed for another month. Currently there is a cockroach infestation, I personally caught one and displayed it for the secretaries, two weeks ago they told us an exterminator would come on monday and nothing has been done.
