I tried to apply to this place and was denied. Whatever, it happens. That being said, the whole application process was extremely unprofessional. I have been living here for over 3 years and it used to be a pleasant place to dwell. In this time period, we have had 4 different managers. When I came back after a month, the bomb cans were still there, and I had to spend $250 to get my furniture and apartment professionally cleaned. In December of last year, I was diagnosed with cancer. I underwent breast cancer surgery, radiation, and contracted pneumonia. Meanwhile, she kept sending me violations for smoking even though I quit when I found out about my cancer. I wrote her a letter to explain this, but it didn't matter. After that, I received a 30-day notice to move out. So I'm relocating soon. I highly discourage living here as the maintenance work is practically non-existent. more ... hide ...
