we lived there for two years and always noticed a musty smell that never went away despite cleaning and candles We later found tons of mold

We have lived here just over a year It is a very pleasant place to live good neighbors kept clean and maintained pretty well Cheri in the office is a wonderful asset extremely helpful and knowledgeable

The building is from the 70s, so its not a brand new apartment.
