Ive been here about a year and a half. The building is from the 70s, so its not a brand new apartment. There are tons of cracks everywhere and thick coats of spackle showing previous repairs.The unit has lots of storage Ive been here about a year and a half. My single bedroom size is generous with room for a king mattress. The laundry is on site, $1.50 per cycle.The snow removal is a joke. The playground area was torn down. Never got to use the pool. There were parking rules posted, a couple of cars towed but they wont remove non working vehicles or units with more than two vehicles.I was told I had water bugs. They do not look like any water bugs to me, kinda look like something else. To be fair, Ive only seen two.more ...hide ...

Please do yourself a favor and don€™t move here. I have dealt with many HOAs in my life and have never seen one ran like the way this one is.
