When my husband asked again, we were told that since ours is the only occupied unit needing a lock, it wasn't going to get done. Unbelievable! Maintenance has known about the leaking faucet for a while, and my husband was informed last Thursday that they had taken our keys to fix it, but surprise, it still hasn't been done. This is unacceptable; things are expensive enough, and to have our money literally going down the drain is ridiculous.
