The building used to be an old hospital, with extensive hallways and an elevator. Garages, hook-ups for washers and dryers, and heat included. There is a laundry room on-site, though it has only two washers and dryers so that's a bit of a bummer. The neighbors are great and pets are allowed for an extra fee, like many other places. If you would like to check if you meet the financial requirements, give Sharon, the manager, a call. I never thought that a small apartment was something I could manage, let alone this great place. There's no end to the compliments I can give about my new home. Two years in, everything is going smoothly. My only gripe has been the lack of performance from our maintenance man. But now we have a new one and he is terrific. He used to be the assistant to the other guy, and was constantly trying to pick up the slack, but he couldn't do it all on top of handling his own duties. Now that he has been promoted, things are finally getting done the right way. So, all in all, everything is still going great. more ... hide ...
