Yes, sometimes there is trash in the parking lot but that must be from some of the residence. By the time I walk outside again, the trash is gone. Upkeep is very good. If I had to offer a negative it would probably be that it would be nice to see the balconies upgraded a little. Maybe painted to a lighter more refreshing color as it would be nice curb appeal.
