Im suppose to be getting my apt at Autumn Brook Very comfortable as u walk in they got my hopes very hi ive been the 3 times the manager has always been there very kind willing to help u im totally excited

I strongly recommend not moving in here There is never anyone in the leasing office no one ever answers the phone no matter how many times you call even if you leave a voicemail they dont call you back they ignore other apartment complexeslandlords p I strongly recommend not moving in here There is never anyone in the leasing office no one ever answers the phone no matter how many times you call even if you leave a voicemail they dont call you back they ignore other apartment complexeslandlords phone calls and emails when contacted about their current tenants trying to move out They change the management about once every 46 weeks so nothing is ever correct You will get different answers for the same question so get it in writing Weeks went on and there was no manager at all The last person in office I spoke with kept cutting me off was lying for most of the phone call and ended up hanging up on me The pool was always closed and at the most random times Although they are nice looking apartments I regret moving into them and will not return once I am moved out Their 24 hour fitness facility is trash the treadmill doesnt work and its the size of a hallway more ... hide ...

The landlord told me I could remain in the apartment, but I had to "work around the fans" they had put down as an effort to dry the carpet. They declared they would replace the carpet in my daughter's closet, but it would take them a week or two before it's done. I went back to the apartment on a Saturday, to examine the place and see if any progress had been made, but there were keys in my door, (which my neighbor declared had been there all day), the door was unlocked, yet no other indication of development in the apartment.
