I only gave one star because I had too I mailed and faxed a appeal to them regarding my application for a property I applied for that was denied in error to them I attached all my proof and documentation I called Kristen who did contact me back on 1 I only gave one star because I had too I mailed and faxed a appeal to them regarding my application for a property I applied for that was denied in error to them I attached all my proof and documentation I called Kristen who did contact me back on 110118 back I left a message and stated in the message that nobody has contacted me back Per Kristen she had not received any of my appeal information and someone else may have picked it up from the fax After we gotten off the phone I faxed the appeal again to her attn I called today 110518 to check the status of the appeal and to verify that the fax was received and I didnt get a call back The apartment complex I applied with Oxford Square coop dont answer the phone or this management company This is very unprofessional and unacceptable I will complain on every review site I can find Sharon never answer the phone in the office The office is full of paper where anyone can walk in and get anyone information laying on the desk more ... hide ...
