This place is absolutely disgusting i hope no one moves in because its easy unless ur ok with every building being infested with roaches and in the summer rats. Not to mention they never have office people for long t o top it off apartments are filled with mold and the walls are bending because of how wet and moist it is they also always have problems w the water . You cant flush the toilet or ur water will come out burning hot and u cant have the washer on or the water in the shower will come out boiling hot . Not safe for children at all ! more ... hide ...

New property manager EDray is super nice and knowledgeable. I like that when I go to the leasing office with a complaint its taken serious and not ignored just because they are new staff. So happy for the new cha nces with the property and staff. more ... hide ...

The owners of this complex are crooks! We made good friends with the manger and her family. We moved out, wrote and hand delivered the check for the last month of our lease and spot cleaned the apartment. Months later we get a summons. They are suing us for the last months rent and damages. They claimed to never have received our check (thank God I had proof of it being cashed) and tried to hold us responsible for a $1000 leak in the bathroom ceiling. We had reported it several times and it was never fixed. Apparently the man we were told was the maintenance guy was actually not the maintenance guy so it was never conveyed to the manger. We asked why we had to end up in court. Why they didnt notify us sooner. Turns out they \"tried\" to contact us by delivering notices to the apartment in their building that we had just moved out of...?? In the end they got us for a new carpet as we were 2 months shy of reaching the \"normal wear and tear 3 year guarantee\" plus court costs; but they tried for much more. Bringing photos of another apartments damage and claiming it to be ours. (Thankful again I was able to disprove this). They turn their heads to drug deals, fights, and other illegal activity making this place not so great for children. It would be unfair for me to speak for anyone else but most other neighbors will tell you similar stories. Be wary if you choose to move in with these snakes! more ... hide ...
