Early in the morning of Thanksgiving Day, my furnace stopped working. I called the afterhours service to request a maintenance order. Being early Thanksgiving Day, I figured that I will not be contacted by maintenance. T o my surprise, the new Maintenance Supervisor, was quickly at my door. It only required the batteries to be replaced; however, I believe his name is Tao, said the furnace will need to be drained of excess water. I have never heard of this; however, there was excess water in the furnace. I had a few work requests, under the previous Maintenance Supervisor, that water was coming up through the floor in the bathroom. My toilet issue was finally resolved by the new Maintenance Supervisor when he noticed the toilet was not flush to the floor. He placed a few wedges under one side of toilet and water is no longer coming up through the floor boards. The new Maintenance Supervisor is very upbeat and says he loves his job. He is a great addition to the Marquis!!!! more ... hide ...
