Update: In addition to all the garbage below, I finally just got my deposit back, 5 months after moving out. Getting a hold of someone is near impossible, they dont know what is going on if you do, and they lie (they sai d the check went out on one day but the postmark says otherwise). So if living there wasnt already a nightmare, moving out wasnt any better. Also, my old apartment has become available again, which is a rapid turnaround, which says to me that they probably didnt do anything for the bed bugs.If you listed all the bad things that could happen to someone in an apartment, you wouldnt get a list as big as what I have experienced. Two murders and the back security gate still doesnt work. Children run rampant. Police are regularly called because you can hear people beating their kids. I have had infestations of roaches, bed bugs, and flies. The best part is they refuse to do anything about the bed bugs for two whole weeks. You pay $75 a month in utilities which is essentially just water and dumpster pickup because the\"included\" wifi is absolute garbage. This place is terrible. Spend the extra $100 a month to live in a more habitable environment. more ... hide ...

This facility has an amazing staff- from a caring manager to a maintenance man that knows everyones name [including pets (I saw this with my own eyes)].Next door is the Salvation Army that supplies lunch for $2.5 and has a game of bingo M and W that gives away prizes (like Bed Bath and Beyond stuff including pans and pillows).The apartment my mom got had new carpet, paint, shower faucet, and garbage disposal, and was super clean.Thank you for everything you do Silvercrest. more ... hide ...

Okay so let me tell you my land lord name is Mrs. CARMEN AND WHEN I TELL YOU THAT LADY IS AMAZING!!!!! YALL 10 TOES DOWN SHE IS AMAZING. Ive never had a landlord so understanding and compassionate as her. She is more tha n my landlord, she is my personal friend that i did not know prior to move in... she has helped me and my family from day one get into our apartment. When times got tough for my family and I she went above and beyond to help us. And she supports small businesses, I mean shes beyond trust worthy, nice, friendly not pushy like some landlords, really chill and layed back and very professional. Yall she works hard and you can tell she loves her job and that makes staying here at westridge even more enjoyable. The apartments are well kept we have an amazing maintenance leader his name is Tom hes been here helping us from day one. Hes also hard working and so darn laid back, so it doesnt make you feel uncomfortable like some apartments do when the maintenance people come around. Now there are other maintenance people that are just amazing also I just dont know there names. Overall our community is safe , stress free and worth investing in...only downfall is those darn keys for opening the main doors lol .....Oh yea p.s. yall I read a whole bunch of the reviews that are negatives talking about spending extra money and what not but first off all that is advised to you at the beginning before you sign your lease....and if people read their lease they would also read it as well. Everything we are charged for is either told to you upon move in and also explained and outlined in your lease. I mean nothing is hidden nothing is scamming none of that and for people to have the heart to say that its just mind boggling. Mrs Carmen is the most honest person I have came across in this landlord business.. and she is very loving.. and yes I wont lie sometimes its hard to reach someone at the office ...but there is only the manager and assistant who are also managing other locations so these women deserve an applaud for doing the best they can with what they are provided with and doing a darn well job at that. more ... hide ...
