I have lived here 6 months and am in love with my apartment. The maintenance staff is SO good.All the residents are wonderful, friendly and helpful. Emily in the office is just wonderful!!!NEVER GOING TO LEAVE!!!!!!! This is the most wonderful place I have lived in since I moved here from Ohio 6 years ago. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! more ... hide ...

The weekly cleaning insures that none of the rooms get too funky. Cleanest motel in that area that is probably actually up to official Denver code. If you like that side of town this motel is for you

Came here on a whim on a Saturday at the end of the month - although Melissa was very busy with current tenants coming in with questions regarding packages and paying their rent , she urgently and kindly made sure to gi ve me a wonderful tour of their demo apartment and it was such a great experience! She is very knowledgeable and helpful and the property is gorgeous and peaceful. I dont think I will be able to move into an apartment since my boyfriend and I own 6 vehicles, but if I was able to I would definitely come to this place because of its location and the spectacular experience Melissa in the leasing office provided. Although she has just started working at this location you can tell she has a passion for what she does and takes pride in her job. This place rocks! more ... hide ...
