I have had a great experience living at Dakota Ridge. Very few problems occurred to which maintenance was very responsive and helpful. Office staff is very welcoming and great to work with! Wish I remembered the names of employees who helped me but all were great. Thank you for your time and energy to make this an enjoyable place to live. more ... hide ...

I have been calling this apartment complex since feb. 22, 2019 thru July 31, 2019z and have been just recently told that I am not on their waiting list.. the manager mike called me only when I call Burgwyn resi dential management services.. he did acknowledge my what he called aggressive calling... but yet never called me back.. if he had even bothered listening me my numerous messages starting back in Feb. that I was checking on my status and wanting info.. now Ive been told I am at the bottom of the waiting list.. because I didnt go thru them.. how was I was suppose to make that happen when Mike wouldnt return any of my phone calls.. this facility lacks greatly in professionalism and of customer service.. had he returned my calls I could have called this place my home by now.. more ... hide ...
