I would like to give no stars to this apartment conplex very rude Land lady harrased my mom to no end seemed like she had a vendetta agenst her for absolutluly no reason charges her 1300 for some damage to the cheap car pet. That was already damaged and not too clean when she moved in Sent notices to get rid of pets we never owned took a piture of my very young sister walking a neighbors dog without permission. Tears through the apartment for \" inspections\" with no respect to my moms home makeing rude comments as she goes i my self have been on a \"waitlist\" for over a year coming on to two years now been passed up 5 times now and everytime one becomes available somehow it convenitly goes to someone else i gave up and went aSomewhere else would never in my life recamend someone to this place ever more ... hide ...

I lived at Wildridge for a year and a half and I loved it. The place is safe and quiet. They have a great management team and they are constantly hosting activities involving the whole community. The only complaint I wou ld have is them not having an online service for rent payment. I will be moving back to Colorado during the summer and this is the first place I will be calling. more ... hide ...

I lived here for a little more than 5 years. I loved it. Management (Rhonda), is amazing, and Ernie does the maintenance. Grounds are kept immaculate, apartments are kept up. Never had a problem. Reasonably priced for th e size and area. I would definitely recommend Mesa Ridge Apts if you are looking for something clean, quiet and a great management team. more ... hide ...
