This property gets sold and bought by a new company property every couple of months, to ever few years. Cant say why they keep selling, but Im sure they cannot just evict tenants and force us to live here without really addressing issues, and finding ways to pocket as much money as possible. Just look at other reviews. Similar complaints of how they wont give back security deposits, wont fix issues. Their staff has a high turn over. I called and made a complaint and was left a nasty voicemail from the then manager. Luckily she is no longer employed here.These apartments are old. Yes, the air conditioning is in the front room. This complex looks like a motel converted into an apartment condominium. The walls arent thick, so you can hear your neighbors. The location isnt bad, but the parking isnt great (but thats Colorado for you). There are fees included in that shouldnt, but thats the companys way of jacking up the price. They have a machine that issues money for the washer/dryers. One issue I had was there arent enough machines, so if they break, or a neighbor does 10 loads of laundry, you wait hours. The best thing was the upgraded kitchen.Our primary reason for leaving was we paid a special moving in. When a year renewal came, the price increased over $300 month. My husband was furious. At the same price, we could move to a slightly better property, and we did! more ... hide ...

We moved into this complex 7 months ago and love it. Our experience with maintenance issues has been that the response time has been immediate. Dustin has been wonderful in terms of his professionalism and remedies of such things as a faucet replacement, a sprinkler leakage, and an oven problem. I cant say enough about the character, friendliness, and competency of this crew member. He adds to our complete satisfaction with this beautiful complex and its amenities. more ... hide ...

I have lived here for 6 months and pros and cons as there is anywhere you live. The maintenance people are awesome and so are some people in the front office. Big pro: the people and neighbors/location is very nice. Only con: be careful of parking, make sure your ticket is taped on your rear view. Heres to a great Christmas season! more ... hide ...

I usually dont write reviews, but after my experience here I absolutely had to. Moving is never on my list of fun things to do, but I can honestly say that this was the best moving experience I have ever had, and I have lived everywhere from New York to California. It was quick, easy, and pleasant. The property manager ,Yasmin, was a pleasure to work with and made this experience pain free and simple.
