Hi..! I was considering moving to this location, but the reviews are all of why Im moving from where I am now. Hopefully, with new management and people moving, I will feel about this move when I get on the property. No, we cant fight crime, but there are some things that we can do as tenants, to ensure our own safety. As far as the bugs goes, they seem to be everywhere in Atlanta, no matter how new or old the apartments are, nor how much we have to pay for rent. I look forward to meeting this great team and hope that they will be able to help me. I have had landlords, way worse....I just want to be comfortable and most def not have to put in any work orders and nothing is fixed....Sincerely, an interested resident. more ... hide ...

The building is in a nice location however the lady at the front who is African American with glasses is very rude. I door dash all in the area and most times than not Im able to just go up the elevator and drop the order off its very few where I need to be let up. However I have no issues with the rules. So I came back and nicely asked her did I need to be let up since I was trying to deliver and she rudely responded you cant just go up there I told her I didnt know that this was my first time there. This is also listed as a retirement community which I had no clue of until I did my research so I can do my review btw. If youre dealing with elderly people then she definitely has no patience. So then she asks me for the unit number I gave it to her and told her the name. She couldnt locate them in the system so then she asked if I had a phone number I stated that I did and if she wanted me to call them. She then said I have to call them you cant just go up there I then told her that that isnt what I said. I said I can call them. Had she allowed me to do my job she would have realized that door dash has a specific number for us to reach them and them for them to reach us. Its not their actual numbers. So since she wanted to continue to make it difficult I allowed her to keep calling a number that wasnt going to go through for her. While she was doing that I wrote the customer and told them how difficult she was being and they stated they were coming down. I told her that and I was going to stand and wait because my job is to hand it directly to them! She insisted I just leave it on the desk. My advice is do not make people doing their jobs so difficult and if you dont want to be there then dont. Please improve the customer service. Thank you. more ... hide ...
