I went in a month ago, applied for an apartment, called while they were asking for more information, and requested to cancel my application! Keep in mind, she hadnt processed my application until I canceled on my end do to the distance in travel to and from work. So ofcourse I lost the first $65.00 application fee! After I canceled by phone, the next day I received the response to my application, which I believe she had processed the day I changed my mind. They are still holding $150 dollar, apartment holding fee. They keep giving me the run around, I am now living in hotels and have to pay weekly, and they refuse to give me back my money. They are thieves in sheeps clothing! Do not leave your money with them, they will not refund it! They refuse to give me the property management number and lied giving me another number to this same office! Run, they will not honor their return of check policy!Erika Manning more ... hide ...

Ive always loved my apartment and the property at large, but after 5 years here, I am *highly*/ pleasantly satisfied with the current Leasing office Management Team. Tasha and Teri are exceptional and go above and beyon d to accommodate the needs of their tenants. Theyre professional and courteous. Tido, the Propertys Facilities Manager and his team are also great. Theyre timely and thorough in executing work orders (they notify before arriving for routine updates) and simply engaging tenants in general. A 5 Star Team I hope to not see leave for the remainder of my time here, as theyre the 4th team after three previous turnovers since 2017. Also a plus is the propertys online portal for community board and rent payment. Only drawback to that is the $30 + processing fee. Otherwise, no complaints. Move here. We found ourselves suddenly the caregivers for my elderly mother with dementia. After trying to care for her in our home, we concluded that we could not keep her safe and happy. So we went looking for a place for her, so me place with a strong and open memory care unit and a great environment. Christian City is that, 100%. We were made welcome. They were sensitive to her needs from the beginning. They are kind in coping with the strange thing she does. She actually has gained weight there. I can hardly imagine a facility doing a better job.
