Confusing building layout and the parking is horrendous if its just business related. Very narrow roads and parking areas, avoid if possible. And gps will have you pulling into a commercial property behind the actual add ress. more ... hide ...

I usually dont post reviews, especially if I have never lived in a space because I think it makes it really hard for people to get a clear picture of the apartment. HOWEVER, Southern Oaks needs to get it together and quick!You have people calling a a phone number that youve been trying to get corrected since 2019 and now that it is, YOU DONT EVEN ANSWER IT!There are people who actually need places to stay and are interested in this complex and you just have them in the phone talking to an automated system (THAT YOU DONT CHECK BECAUSE THE MAILBOX IF FULL!) This place may or may not be trash, but MANAGEMENT and everyone in that office is definitely subpar. I DID schedule a tour, but please remove me from the list. You all are representing this place HORRIBLY. Have a great day (Ive also been calling for about a week now, so please dont think this is a one day thing¦¦its not) more ... hide ...
