Barkley Estates is a place like home doing my visit there. I do like the open floor plan and the lay out all around. The front porch and the patio area just makes the house come together. Also, the friendly services that was provide d from \"Mrs. SAMUEL\" from the beginning until the end. She greeted us both with \"open-arms\" and a pleasant smile. Overall, I give this community a 5 STAR and 2 THUMBS UP! We will consider living here when the opportunity become open! more ... hide ...

These apartments are ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Would not recommend! I have been living here for over almost 2 years now and the management has changed constantly but the one we have now is ridiculously unprofessional! They do not come fix maintenance issues , my old apartment caught on fire due to the apartments fault, and the rent office never answer the phone! It does not look anywhere near as good as the photos they have on website! And im leaving this review simply to warn other people. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Not worth it at all. more ... hide ...

Website shows one price and when you get there the price on a color sheet is 300 - 400 more, then we are told prices will rise the first of June and will increase at the end of summer - Like really!!! Reminds me of the old bait and switch.Now for those of you reading this below is a response from the company asking us talk to one of their agents, well how does the company not understand \"when we get there\" and \"we are told\". Does that not sound like we talked to an agent??? Guess the company does not fully read what I wrote!!! We talked to their agent and asked why the price difference between the website and the color sheet and she was the one that informed us, (yes I was there with a friend of mine who was looking for a place to rent) that they were increasing the prices and whenSo why would I go back to only get the same ole, same ole and to see they still have not updated website to match the color sheet and upcoming price increases.So as you can tell my pictures, I have the proof to support what happened more ... hide ...
