Been here going on Two years. I been having issues since I moved in. From feces to urine coming out of both bathroom toilets and showers and walls and ceiling. Leaks in ceiling, mold forming in my kids room and bathroom . The list can go on. They claim they offer me another apartment but never gave me a update when I could move. My kids have been getting sick. I went yesterday and was told I complain to much and I said hell yeah I will continue to complain Im paying a 1400 dollars a month. People dont move here they only care about feeling the apartments. I have send emails they continue to ignore me. I will be hitting Business Better Bureau and Speaking to my lawyer. Also I will have the Channel News taking a visit Im done talking more ... hide ...

These apartments are falling apart as you can see. I can attest that almost every resident has a major issue with their apartment. From the poor and old building structures, to the unsafe hallways with falling Sheetrock, to even not having a refrigerator or stove, the mold growing from the vents, no hater water most times, overcharges especially if you do not check your ledger, mysteriously missing rental payments, sewage in the hallways from busted old piping underground, and the worst is the property manager dishonest Tammy Bangoura. Please do not be fooled by the pictures. Granted its a quiet community but these old buildings need to be demolished.
