Hot ghetto mess. However, get on your feet there as best you can and move out. As long as you mind your business and handle you and your kids, then you will be okay. Some people are really nice there , others are not. Th e main problem is all of the unnecessary shootings that the young adults are doing and all of the drugs flying around. Its a shame to have to raise a kid in that environment. If you are wanting low income housing you are better off living in Lake Olmsted or Delta Manor. Make sure you find a job and then move. Also, one key note is to go ahead and save your money and do not report that you have a job bc the system will keep you there by making you pay high price rent in the projects to the point to where you are not able tosave enough money to move out. Save your money up, move out, and by the time they find you have a job you will be out of the hell hole. Other than that, I thank God it was a roof over me and my kids heads. more ... hide ...

Ive resigned twice with The Crest. Its a great place to call home. Im not sure why the management staff gets so much hate. Ive had conflicts at times but they have always been quick to respond and we have worked it out. The maintenance staff is great. The grounds are well kept. Any issue Ive had has been dealt with. Cant say anything negative about them. Its more of a retirement type community so keep that in mind. I didnt know that being 40 when I moved in. But over all. Best apartment complex Ive called home in canton. And Ive lived in almost all of them. more ... hide ...

Where should I start. I lived here less than two years and these apartments needs to be demolished and replaced. I found mold in my daughters bedroom the last day we moved out. The tub kept peeling paint--YES IT WAS PAIN TED! I never received my filter for my AC unit because I had to provide them with the measurement of the filter that was there. There were roaches, spiders and eventually bed bugs that I had to pay to rid myself. These are my personal experiences with the apartment itself. The office staff has a funny way of communicating; sometimes they do and sometimes they dont!!! Honestly, I hope that the new investors fix the apartments up and not be about the money. more ... hide ...
