I recently applied and went through the website online. I was dealing with Tiffany in the office. I applied for a 1bd 1bth apartment, paid all my fees. The next day I got a call and was advised the owner changed the pric es over night, after I applied.(Owner TAKING ADVANTAGE OF APARTMENT INFLATION- $300 PLUS FOR 1BD 1BTH- OVER $1740.00 FOR A OLD APT-ORIGNIALLY $1470.00). They did not give me any options but to refund me my money. Told me the owner would not be willing to honor what I applied for. I let it go. I was told I would receive my fees back within 7 days not 30 days. Not only that, but I would receive it back in the form of a check.(I DID NOT APPLY WITH A CHECK) It is 42 days pass and I have not received my money. The corporate office is local so what is the problem. Well after I called I was told it was sent to old address. I SPECIFICALLY advised that I would not be in my prior residence and ask if they update my current address. Im now in another state. They keep avoiding my calls. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR ENERGY. The owner does not care about customer service, and I guess the office staff does not as well. I will be reaching out to BBB and/or local news if I do not receive my funds back within this week. We are still in a pandemic, my funds are not to be played with, as well as my emotions. This company should be ashamed! I have called the CORPORATE OFFICE multiple times. First and foremost I CANNOT speak for everyone experience. I can only speak for me myself and I. The place was overall okay. I live in a one bedroom apartment from 12/31/2020 to 12/31/2021. The place wasnt famous or anyt hing like that. I did had a lot of roaches there, theyre some type of mold and and sometimes it quite loud time to time. To be honest I real reason why I stayed there to build my credit score up so I can buy myself a house one day in 2022. So I really wasnt to serious about the place anyway. But overall the staff was nice to me, the place was okay. And I really love the neighbors too. Thank you reserve at 2070 for making it my home.(P.s for those who are looking to build their credit score try these programs: rent report, extra, self, and get a secured credit card.it really help boost my credit score) more ... hide ...
