I waited to write my review so that I wouldnt have to edit it months down the road. So here it goes!Application process: EASY & QUICK! If you have all of your paperwork ( 3xs rent paystubs/offer letter, employmen t verification, (HEADS UP! If your job uses the work number for employment verification¦ they will ask you to pull THAT REPORT. So you may want to pull it ahead of time) bank statements, previous landlord Info, and etc.) I literally applied one day and was approved 24hrs later. DO NOT walk in these ppl office without having your paperwork in order or that will prolong the process.MOVE IN DAY: No issues with apartment. Everything was cleaned and anything that I needed fixed after doing the walk through was fixed prior to moving in.MONTH 3: Let me just say this, I am a very patient and understanding person. I also understand this complex has over 500 units¦.HOWEVER, I am not sure if maintenance is short staff or something but I have been waiting over a week for my bathroom to be fixed. I have contacted management several times with a promise of an update and still nothing. Maybe time to hire more help because this is unacceptable. more ... hide ...

I just placed a call to village of college park. Which number that is listed in google is not correct and isnt in service.After looking the name up on Facebook to see if I find it, I did.That was the first thing that did nt leave a good taste in my mouth from a business point of view being that they do not have a website and also have not updated google with a working number.I had to really search for it.To add onto everything after I called, a young woman answered and tone was very unsettling.She kept talking fast as if she didnt want to answer any of my general questions about the property, being that I am apartment searching. Also the tone in her voice was very rude and unprofessional..To a manager or higher up.I did not get her name, but she should not be working for your establishment. She is very unwelcoming and unprofessional. That kind of unprofessionalism can and will drive any potential customers away. more ... hide ...
