I have had a great experience working with this property during my move in process. They were always nice and friendly and made sure I got everything I needed. Even when I got stressed about the millions of documents the y required they were still helpful and patient. Hopefully my stay here will be just as enjoyable.***Follow up**** (1 week later)Unfortunately I did not move here due to safety reasons. On the day I was suppose to move in, there was a notice on the door about the recent break ins around the property. Which didnt really alarm me because crime happens everywhere so I thought it was just a safety precaution. However the fact that I hadnt even moved in and someone had already attempted to break in the apt that I had been assigned sent me running for the hills. Also I was never advised that the only way I can gain entry is thru a gate that only has key card access and no call box. Which means EVERY time I have company I would have leave my home and go up to the gate for them to tail gate behind me (this should have really been advised up front). I still wont take away the professionalism that I experienced working with Ms. Nakia she was great. more ... hide ...

Do yourself a favor, read all the reviews and look at the star count. If it is below 4 why in the world would you put yourself and or your family in that situation. I will not say anything negative. I will just repeat a very true phrase \"you get what you pay for\". After a little research I found, the \"good\" reviews are given by an Apartment Locator and friends of the staff. I also noticed all the replies from management are scripted and do NOT address the issues. One complaint was about no one answering the phone and not being able to leave a message with the replay asking the resident to give the office a call! LOL And that should tell you everything you need to know about moving here. more ... hide ...
