The office does not care or do anything about noisy neighbors. I am constantly bombarded by stomping from upstairs, shouting outside, and bassy music through my walls. I have put in countless complaints and sent countles s emails, and the office never answers their phone. Worst apartment complex I have ever lived in, do not rent here. more ... hide ...

Dont move here maintenance men put newspaper in ceiling to stop major roof leak in the bedroom in apartment 1004. Rental office knew of problem and filed for eviction at the last month for vandalism... DONT MOVE HERE! RO AD BLOCKS EVERYDAY!!!! more ... hide ...

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!! I live here currently. Ive lived here since Crystal was the manager. Changes were made and now Brighton Manor is under new management. The new manager, Jacquelyn, is a terrible leasing lady. Sh e is money hungry and rude. She doesnt care about fixing anything and is hellbent on trying to get you evicted based on her personal emotions. She has stated to numerous people that she would like to see me and my kids put out and that she was trying her best to make it happen. Why? Because I call her out on her stuff. She wants her rent and extra fees faithfully but doesnt want to pay to fix any of the issues in my home. Why is that? She hounds me for multiple fees that she deem necessary. She is very nosy and in your business. She can tell me every person I had in my home and how long they stayed but cant tell me when my things will be fixed. She and her creepy husband are a terrible team. All she does is walk around the complex and taken note of how many cars you have parked outside and who you have visiting. She will try to evict you for anything if you challenge her and say something she doesnt like. Her husband is a creep! Ive caught him multiple times looking at me , my teenaged daughter or any of the other girls around her. One time I caught him just standing in the back of my home \"raking\" dirt as my children were hanging outside. Please dont move here. If Jacquelyn knew how to mind her business and do her job, I would suggest it. But until the management is changed again, I will be making sure everyone knows not to live here. I will go out my way to make sure people are informed of the evil, malicious, nosy, lazy, money hungry woman running this place into the ground. I will be posting this everywhere and I will be encouraging neighbors to post reviews as well. We wont be silenced anymore. more ... hide ...
