Safe, trustworthy manager and wonderful groundskeeper. Kids play in the parking lot nonstop and unsupervised though...bit terrifying.

Okay, Ive been here for 3 months so far so Im deciding to do my review. Avalon Park has been great to me and my toddler so far. If I have a maintenance issue, maintenance comes and fixes it immediately. I saw oth er reviews mention the kids and yes.. other peoples children can be an issue but it isnt much that can be done about that. Overall, it is very quiet. Maintenance is amazing and deserve their flowers. Didnt give 5 stars because of the issue with children but that is it. Its a lovely complex. more ... hide ...
