My daughter and son in law just moved out. The rent is reasonable, the maintenance is quick and does a good job, the property is clean and quiet however when it is time to move beware. They look for things to charge for and the manager had a condescending, rude and disrespectful attitude. I have been in property management myself for 30 years with half of that time at the corporate office and have never experienced this lack of customer service from a manager who was allowed to continue the position. The office assistant constantly changes and I can see why. They require residents to have carpets professionally steamed cleaned before move out. Outrageous!!! This is a service I offer upon renewal and consider normal wear and tear. I could go on and on... Renter beware. And Ms Manager, do not respond to my review. You said you would not talk to me at the apartment, so dont talk to me now. more ... hide ...

I have been living here for 5 years now. I do not have any complaints. If there are any criminal activity in the area it isnt random. My apartment has never been broken into and maintenance is always on point. I do not h ave roaches. Anything that has been wrong in my apartment has been fixed and in a timely manner. Rent has risen a lot in that time frame with no upgrades but I still wont complain because its reasonable. If you are looking for something reasonable and in a decent neighborhood, I suggest you coming here. I stay to myself and speak to my neighbors but I am never bothered by anyone.
